Sarah Greenway is a Professor in the Resource Management and Protection (RMAP) program at Vancouver Island University (VIU). She joined VIU in 2006 as a Technician and has since contributed extensively to the program, serving as Co-Curator of the VIU Natural History Museum. Her career includes prior roles as a Fisheries Officer with Fisheries and Oceans Canada and a Park Ranger with BC Parks.
Education: Sarah holds a RMOT Diploma (1999), a Certificate in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design from Mount Royal University (2012), and a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin (2016).
Teaching Focus: She instructs courses such as BC Fisheries, Habitat Management, Legal and Investigative Procedures, and Natural Resource Forensic Investigations. Her expertise spans field skills, regulatory compliance, and environmental enforcement.
