Sarah Forsberg is a Senior Lecturer in Food and Meal Science at Kristianstad University, part of the Centrum för Mat Hälsa och Handel (FOHRK). She holds a PhD in Sensory Science from the University of Copenhagen (2022) and multiple master's degrees from Kristianstad University, including a Master of Health Science (2019) and a Master of Food and Meal Science (2018). Her research focuses on addressing mealtime challenges for older adults with motoric eating difficulties, particularly through the development of finger foods, sensory science, and public meal solutions. She has also worked in the food industry as a product leader at Findus and as a chef.
