Sarah F. Rogerson is a Professor at Albany Law School, where she directs The Edward P. Swyer Justice Center and serves as Faculty Director of Field Placement, Pro Bono Scholar, and Semester-in-Practice/City Semester Programs. She founded the Immigration Law Clinic in 2011 to help students represent undocumented immigrants seeking U.S. permanent status.

Her scholarship focuses on flaws in immigration law and policy, particularly intersections with domestic violence and international law. She has also published works on crisis lawyering, education policy, and firearm safety.
Professor Rogerson is a regular panelist on WAMC Public Radio’s The Roundtable and maintains an active SSRN profile.
