Dr. Sarah Clarke is a Tutor and Research Development Officer at Aberystwyth University's Institute of Biological, Environmental & Rural Sciences (IBERS), with over 15 years of experience supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Biology, a PGCE in Balanced Sciences, and a PhD in Biological Sciences from Aberystwyth University.

Research outputs include spectroscopic methodologies for rapid food and antibiotic analysis, with collaborations across Geography and Business departments. She administers IBERS' Rural Futures Hub and has organized academic events like the Women in Research Network.
