Dr. Sarah Bailey is a Senior Lecturer in Physiology and Deputy Director of Learning and Teaching at the University of Surrey's School of Biosciences. She holds roles as BSc Biochemistry Programme Director (since November 2023) and Deputy Director of Learning and Teaching (since January 2024). Her expertise bridges pedagogical innovation with molecular biology research.
Education: BSc(Hons) Molecular Biology from the University of Surrey, including a research placement at Cornell University, followed by a DPhil at the University of Sussex focusing on Epstein-Barr Virus and DNA damage response mechanisms.
