Sarah Anthony is a Lecturer in French and Francophone Studies at Carleton University since 2022. She holds a PhD in French Literature from the University of Toronto and has a diverse background in language pedagogy and contemporary French literature.

Her research focuses on French as a Second Language (FSL) pedagogy and interdisciplinary connections between text and dance. She co-founded the Inno-moti-vation pedagogical project and co-authored two textbooks for the Odyssée collection in 2021-2022. Previously, she taught FSL courses at McGill University and Quebec institutions.
Her work intersects language education, contemporary French writing, and innovative teaching methodologies. She actively participates in academic governance as a member of APFUCC and CAN board of directors.
