Cristina Robu is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of French and Francophone Studies at Davidson College. She teaches French language and Francophone culture, with a particular focus on Québec cultural space.

Her research explores representations of minority groups in Québécois literature and cinema, particularly LGBTQIA2S+ communities. Her doctoral work analyzed the narrativization of sick bodies in contemporary Quebec literature and film.
