Dr. Sara Vannini is a Lecturer in Information Management and Information Systems at the University of Sheffield's School of Information, Journalism and Communication. She holds a MA from the University of Bologna and a PhD from the University of Lugano. Her career includes postdoctoral research at the University of Washington and roles in interdisciplinary research groups like TASCHA. Her research focuses on critical technology studies, migration-related ICT challenges, data privacy, and participatory methodologies.
