Sara Swenson

Sara Swenson is a Senior Lecturer in the Work and Organizations Department at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She specializes in organizational behavior, human resources development, and employee well-being, informed by both academic research and 25 years of corporate HR leadership experience.
