Sara Löwgren is a doctoral student at Linköping University, affiliated with the Department of Thematic Studies and its Theme Technology and Social Change research environment. She co-founded the STRIPE interdisciplinary network focusing on infrastructure and climate policies, and participates in the Team Nordic Shrinkage research network analyzing rural depopulation.
