Shailaja Fennell is a Professor of Economic Security and Resilience at the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge. She serves as Director of Studies at Jesus College and Director of the Centre of South Asian Studies. Her work spans economic security, ecological change, and institutional reform, with a focus on food security, water resource management, and public goods provision in education and health.
