Sara Hurvitz

Sara Hurvitz is a distinguished Professor and Senior Vice President at the Clinical Research Division of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, where she also serves as the Head of the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Washington. She holds the prestigious Smith Family Endowed Chair in Women's Health. Her academic journey includes an MD from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California, followed by residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
