Sara Bergström-Halbauer is a Doctoral student and Researcher in the Department of Law at Lund University, affiliated with the Lund University Centre for Business Law (ACLU). Her research focuses on the intersection of intellectual property rights and freedom of expression within private law. She contributes to teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including courses on Intellectual Property Law, European Trademark Law, and Constitutional Law.
Her academic profile emphasizes engagement with legal education through moot court simulations, SFS legislative tasks, and case-law seminars analyzing Swedish and EU court decisions. She actively participates in national and international conferences, such as the Nordic/German IP Network Meeting and the EIPTN Conference, furthering her research on Nordic and EU trademark law challenges.
