Professor Santi Furnari is a Professor of Strategy at Bayes Business School, part of City St George's, University of London. He holds visiting roles at Northwestern University (Kellogg School) and the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School). His affiliations include the Cultural Policy Center at the University of Chicago and editorial roles at Organization Studies, Organization Theory, and Strategic Organization. He completed his MSc (cum laude) and PhD at Bocconi University.
His research focuses on organizational configurations, civic space creation, and social impact through interdisciplinary methods like fuzzy-set/Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fs/QCA).
