Paula Jarzabkowski is Professor of Strategic Management at Bayes Business School, City, University of London. She specializes in strategy-as-practice approaches, examining how strategy is developed and implemented in complex contexts. Her ethnographic research focuses on organizational paradoxes, particularly in reinsurance markets and disaster response systems.
