Dr. Sankari Nagarajan is a Lecturer in Chromatin Biology at the Division of Molecular & Cellular Function, University of Manchester. She holds the CRUK Career Establishment Award and leads research on enhancer regulation and transcription factors in aggressive cancers. Her work focuses on drug resistance and metastasis in breast and prostate cancers using CRISPR-Cas9, single-cell epigenomics, and functional genomics.
