Assoc. Prof. Sanja Fabek Uher, PhD is an Associate Professor at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Vegetable Crops. Her research focuses on functional foods, sustainable agriculture, and innovative vegetable production techniques.
- PhD in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture (2007-2012)
- MSc in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture (1999-2006)
