Dr. Sandy Smith is a Lecturer and Home Economics Coordinator in the School of Education at Edith Cowan University (ECU). She specializes in Home Economics education, curriculum development, and pedagogy, with a focus on adolescent nutrition and food systems. Her teaching spans units like Home Economics Curriculum, Food Service Management, and Textiles and Clothing.
