Sandro Fuchs

Prof. Sandro Fuchs is a distinguished academic and consultant in public financial management at ZHAW School of Management and Law. He currently serves as Deputy Head of the Institute of Public Management and Head of the Center for Public Financial Management. His work focuses on financial resilience, digital transformation in public finance, and medium-term financial planning. Fuchs holds a PhD from the University of Zaragoza, Spain, and has undertaken visiting scholar programs at the London School of Economics and the University of Cape Town.
