Dr. Sandra Schillo is a Full Professor at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, with professional experience at Industry Canada and various Canadian federal science agencies. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kiel and an M.Sc. in Engineering Management from the University of Karlsruhe, specializing in corporate strategy and innovation management.
Her research focuses on:

- Measurement methodologies for innovation impact
- Digital transformation in agriculture and food systems
- Gender dimensions in venture capital and start-ups
