Sandra Michelle Röseler is a PhD candidate at the Max Planck Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory and Goethe University, Frankfurt. Her research focuses on comparative administrative law, legal transfer and reception of German law in China, and global legal history with an emphasis on methodological approaches.

Röseler's research explores the emergence of administrative litigation systems in China, the codification of administrative law, and the interplay between historical and contemporary legal normativity. Her publications analyze the reception of German law in China, the historiography of Chinese legal scholarship, and judicial provisions for administrative agreements.
