Sandra Deacon Carr is a Senior Lecturer at Boston University's Questrom School of Business, where she has taught organizational behavior, leadership, and team learning for over 30 years. She serves as Faculty Director for the BU Cross-College Challenge (XCC) and Questrom Team Learning Services, leading curriculum design, faculty recruitment, and interdisciplinary partnerships.
