Sandra Davis, PhD, DPM, ACNP-BC, FAANP, is a leading expert in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in academia and public health. As Deputy Director of the National League for Nursing/Walden University College of Nursing Institute for Social Determinants of Health and Social Change, she focuses on advancing DEI through educational initiatives and research. Her work bridges clinical practice, academic leadership, and community engagement.

Her projects include the Heart Healthy Participatory Action Research Study, showcased at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, and international DEI consultations in the Philippines.
