Sandra Clare

Sandra Clare is an Education Consultant and External Examiner affiliated with the Manchester Institute of Education. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Leicester (2010–2013) and a Doctor of Philosophy from the Manchester Institute of Education. Her expertise spans early childhood education, social history, and the invisibility of student-parents in higher education. She currently serves as an External Examiner at the University of Lancaster - Blackpool & The Fylde College and contributes to academic discourse through collaborative research with institutions in Armenia and the UK.

Her research focuses on student-parent equity in academia, social reform in education systems, and the adaptation of teaching methods during crises. Notable work includes analyzing visa policies affecting student-parents and exploring synchronous teaching innovations during the pandemic. She has published books, conference papers, and peer-reviewed articles addressing these themes.
