Sandi Ferretti is a Lecturer at Brown University's School of Professional Studies (SPS). She serves as the Program Director for the ScM in Healthcare Leadership and Director of Critical Challenge Projects, overseeing the development and management of project components within SPS executive programs. Additionally, she is a Teaching Associate for courses in the Master's in Healthcare Leadership program, including Health Care Policy and Quality Improvement and the Learning Organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Linguistics with a Certificate in Science in Human Culture from Northwestern University; Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
Ferretti has 15 years of experience in healthcare management, quality improvement, and policy implementation. She has worked in diverse settings such as integrated delivery systems, health insurance, state government, and as a consultant and advisor in academic programs. Her expertise includes the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and roles at HealthSourceRI, Rhode Island’s state-based health insurance exchange under the ACA.
