Sander van der Linden is a Professor of Social Psychology in Society at the University of Cambridge, Director of the Cambridge Social Decision-Making Lab, and a Professorial Fellow at Churchill College. His research focuses on the psychology of judgment and decision-making, particularly how people are influenced by misinformation and how to build resistance through psychological inoculation. He holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and previously held positions at Princeton and Yale Universities.
