Samson Jose

Samson Jose is a Lecturer in Law at the University of the West of England (UWE) since August 2022. He teaches Public Law, European Union Law, and Contract Law, and his research focuses on constitutional and administrative law, with specific emphasis on parliamentary sovereignty, rule of law, and devolution.

Research Interests: His work investigates the foundational principles of constitutional governance, including the interplay between parliamentary authority and judicial oversight, the application of the rule of law in modern legal frameworks, and the implications of devolution on institutional structures.
