Nicholas Barber is Professor of Constitutional Law and Theory at Oxford University and Fellow of Trinity College. His scholarship examines constitutional structures, parliamentary sovereignty, and legal theory through historical and comparative perspectives. Barber founded the United Kingdom Constitutional Law Blog and co-directs Oxford's Programme for the Foundations of Law and Constitutional Government.
Key publications analyze the UK's uncodified constitution, principles of constitutionalism, and the legal implications of Brexit.
