Dr Adam Tucker is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Liverpool, affiliated with the School of Law and Social Justice within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. His research focuses on constitutional law, legal philosophy, and contemporary constitutional controversies such as Brexit's legal implications. He has contributed to prominent journals like the Modern Law Review and Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, and his work has informed parliamentary debates and committee proceedings.
Dr Tucker teaches Public Law, Jurisprudence, and Advanced Public Law modules. His recent publications include co-editing The New Labour Constitution: Twenty Years On (2022), analyzing Labour Party reforms, and exploring delegated legislation challenges in post-Brexit governance.
