Samar Soliman is an Associate Professor in Strategy and Enterprise at the Leadership, Management and Human Resources (LMHR) Department of Teesside International Business School, Teesside University. She holds a PhD in International Strategy in HE Institutions from the University of Huddersfield and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). Her roles include teaching strategic management, entrepreneurship, and sustainability at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervising research, and managing business development projects with local businesses.

Her sole published article to date examines the nature of university international strategies, blending deliberate planning with emergent adaptation. This work contributes to understanding institutional resilience in globalized education systems.
Professional affiliations include the British Academy of Management (BAM) and the Society for Research into Higher Education (SRHE). She currently serves as an External Examiner at the University of East London.
Dr. Soliman's advisory role includes mentoring doctoral students in areas like strategic planning, internationalization, and change management. She actively engages in consultancy and training for external partners, emphasizing practical applications of strategic frameworks.
