Salome Dell-Kuster is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Clinical Research, University of Basel, and Senior Consultant at the Clinic of Anaesthesiology, University Hospital Basel. She holds a medical degree from Basel and Lausanne Universities, a Master in Medical Statistics from London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and habilitation in Perioperative Patient Safety (2017).

- Faculty for ESAIC Masterclasses in Medical Statistics (since 2018)

Research Focus: She develops tools for standardized adverse event classification (ClassIntra® system) and benefit-harm balance modeling to reduce unwarranted healthcare variation. Her work bridges Surgical Safety, Medical Statistics, and Implementation Science.
