Her research interests span International Law, Human Rights, and African Sovereignty Politics, examining how states interact with international courts through design choices, shielding strategies, and reprisal mechanisms. Her publication trends reveal deep engagement with regional human rights systems, sovereignty negotiations, and technology's legal implications. Analysis shows consistent focus on institutional design of African courts (60% of output), human rights compliance challenges (30%), and emerging technology-law interfaces (10%).
Through CEPRI, she contributes to research on private governance mechanisms in global legal frameworks, participating in multistakeholder initiatives including ERC-funded projects on mercenary accountability.
