Salma Kaochar

**Salma Kaochar, M.D.**, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. Her research focuses on genetic and epigenetic mechanisms driving aggressive prostate cancer, addressing health disparities in underserved populations. She leads the Kaochar Lab, which integrates primary patient biospecimens, in vitro models, and in vivo systems to identify actionable targets for precision medicine.
