Dr Sally Tuckett is a Senior Lecturer in Dress and Textile History at the University of Glasgow's College of Arts. With a PhD from the University of Edinburgh focusing on eighteenth-century Scottish textiles, she combines material culture analysis with socio-economic interpretations to explore clothing as cultural symbols.
