Sally Pezaro is Assistant Professor (Research) at Coventry University's Centre for Healthcare and Communities, where she directs the Structured PhD in Healthcare Sciences. A Fellow of the Royal College of Midwives and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, her research advances reproductive justice through workforce wellbeing initiatives and inclusive perinatal care models.
Key research areas include:

- Gender-inclusive language and care pathways
- Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome in pregnancy
