Sally Cardozo is an adjunct professor at Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and currently serves as staff counsel to Member David Prouty at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). She has been with the NLRB since completing her legal education in 2017. Her professional affiliations include membership in the NLRB Professional Association, where she contributes to the Labor Management and Protected Concerted Activity committees.
Education: She holds a BA (magna cum laude) in Political Science and Spanish and a BS (cum laude) in Economics from Tulane University (2014), alongside a JD (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Cardozo School of Law (2017). Academic honors include the Charles E. Dunbar Jr. Fellowship in Political Science.
Research and Professional Experience: Her career focuses on labor law and policy, with prior roles including internships at the New York State Attorney General’s Social Justice Division Labor Bureau and work as a Peggy Browning Fellow with the Major League Baseball Players Association. She has contributed to Cardozo Law Review as an articles editor.
Awards: Recognized for academic excellence with multiple cum laude distinctions and prestigious fellowships.
