Tina Boudreaux serves as a Senior Professor of the Practice at Tulane University Law School, where she has been a core faculty member since 2005. She teaches foundational Legal Research and Writing courses alongside advanced lawyering skills classes and co-directs the Transactional Boot Camp. Additionally, she has shared her expertise as an adjunct lecturer in Tulane's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Her academic credentials include a J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School (1998) where she served as articles editor for the Tulane Law Review and earned membership in the Order of the Coif, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia University (1995).
Professor Boudreaux specializes in practical legal education with deep expertise in transactional law, corporate law, and securities regulation. Her teaching methodology integrates real-world experience from her corporate practice at Herbert Smith Freehills in London and Jones Walker in New Orleans, complemented by pre-law experience as an investment bank trading assistant in New York. She directs the Transactional Boot Camp to provide immersive training in drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
