Pammela Quinn is an Associate Professor of Law at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She holds a J.D., summa cum laude from Duke University School of Law and an A.B., cum laude from Dartmouth College. Her research focuses on transnational regulation, corporate accountability, and strategies for governing cross-border institutions.
Research interests center on:
- Legal frameworks for international actors
- Transnational corporate regulation
- Public international law mechanisms
- Corporate social responsibility effectiveness
Awards include:
- State Department Meritorious Honor Award
- Duke Law's Willis Smith Academic Excellence Award
- Order of the Coif induction
Professional experience includes service as a U.S. State Department Attorney-Adviser handling international arbitrations, counsel work at O’Melveny & Meyers LLP, and clerkship with the U.S. Court of Appeals. She teaches International Business Transactions, Public International Law, and Transnational Legal Issues.
