Sahotra Sarkar

Sahotra Sarkar is Professor of Philosophy and Integrative Biology at the University of Texas at Austin's College of Liberal Arts. Holding a PhD from the University of Chicago, he maintains an active teaching schedule with courses through Fall 2025 including Philosophy of Biology (PHL 363L), Environmental Ethics (PHL 325D), and Marx and Marxist Theory (PHL 342M/CTI 335M/EUS 346).
