Sadie McCloud is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Indiana University Bloomington, affiliated with the College of Arts & Sciences. Her research specializes in ancient Greek and Roman philosophy, with a focus on ethics and moral psychology.
- Education: Ph.D. and MPhil in Philosophy and Classics (Yale University, 2024 and 2022); MA in Philosophy and Classics (Yale University, 2022)
Current research explores Aristotle’s account of vice and related themes in Plato and Seneca. Additional interests include Aristotle’s physics and its metaphysical foundations.
