Sabrina Govaerts

Sabrina Govaerts is a researcher at AP University College within the Research Centre for Lifelong Learning and Innovation (OLLI/RELLI). Her work focuses on self-directed learning, soft skills, learning motivation, and workplace learning. She transitioned from a 10-year career as a primary/secondary school teacher and educational assistant to academia after earning a Master’s in Educational and Training Sciences (University of Antwerp, 2019) with distinction. Her research emphasizes qualitative methods and collaboration with practitioners.
