Sabrina Durling-Jones is an Adjunct Professor in the Art & Design Department at Emory Henry College. Her work focuses on the intersection of memory, displacement, and ethical AI/ML applications. She is completing a joint PhD in Media Art and Creative Technologies through RISEBA University of Applied Sciences and Riga Technical University (Latvia). Her research proposes a phenomenology of Steinian non-actuality for algorithmic memory practices, creating frameworks to assist displaced communities re-orient in the present.

Research interests include posthuman feminist theory, embodied memory sensations through technology, and community-led digital preservation projects with Indigenous/Fist Nations groups. Taught courses: Digital Photography, Web Design, AI Ethics, Immersive Media for Preservation, and Posthuman Feminist Theory.
Prior work includes global digital media education initiatives focused on cultural preservation. Runs the Human Computer Creative Collaboration (H3C) project and experiments with TouchDesigner/Blender for visual storytelling.
