Sabine Kuuse is a Lecturer in French Studies at the University of Western Australia, School of Humanities, Discipline of European Languages and Cultures. With a background in French Language Teaching from Grenoble, France, she has taught across institutions in France and Western Australia.

Recent scholarly output demonstrates expertise in flipped classrooms, digital feedback tools, and virtual language tandems. She has secured significant funding through New Colombo Plan grants and Education Futures initiatives. Recognized for her pedagogical excellence through multiple teaching awards including UWA GUILD Students’ Choice Awards, she actively promotes student mobility and community engagement in the francophone Pacific.
