Ryan Richardson serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Education at Bethel University and leads the student life division at Abilene Christian University (ACU). He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Mississippi State University (1997), a Master of Divinity from Baylor University (2004), and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Azusa Pacific University (2016). His career spans university chaplaincy at Baylor, adjunct teaching roles at Baylor, ACU, and Bethel, and leadership in student affairs.
Research interests include student success, leadership development, thriving frameworks for minority students, and the intersection of spirituality and education. He has authored publications on leadership initiatives, program evaluation, and global engagement strategies in higher education. Richardson actively participates in professional organizations like NASPA and ASHE, presenting at conferences on topics such as student wellness, equity in education, and curricular technology integration.
