Dr. Michelle Louis serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Education at Bethel University's Graduate School, contributing to the Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership program. She is the founder of The Leading Mind, LLC, focusing on integrating positive psychology with leadership practice. With 20 years of higher education experience, including roles as an Associate Professor at Azusa Pacific University, she specializes in holistic leadership development and organizational thriving.
