Ryan Hoff

Lt Col Ryan Hoff, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer and Force Development Manager Action Officer for the Civil Engineer Career Field at The Civil Engineer School (TCES) at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT). He oversees instruction for over 50 courses and manages force development requirements for Civil Engineer officers, focusing on future Air Force needs. His roles include curriculum design, training execution, and aligning education with operational demands.
