Dr. Ryan Clarke is a Senior Research Fellow at the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. Over 20 years, he has worked across defense, investment banking, healthcare, and government sectors in Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. His work focuses on biosecurity risks, strategic net assessment, and applying AI-driven methods for network analysis.
