Ryan Bubb is the Robert B. McKay Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, where he has been a faculty member since 2010. He holds a JD from Yale Law School and a PhD in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University. His research focuses on corporate law, law and economics, regulatory policy, and behavioral law & economics. Bubb previously served as a senior researcher for the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission and a policy analyst at the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget.
