Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen is a Professor at the University of Minnesota, holding dual appointments at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and the University of Minnesota Extension. His work centers on housing policy and immigrant integration, particularly focusing on urban-rural dynamics and systemic inequities.
