Ruthanne Huising

Ruthanne Huising is a Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School, France, where she has been since 2024. She previously held professorial positions at Emlyon Business School (2016–2024) and McGill University, where she served as Associate Professor (2015–2016) and Assistant Professor (2008–2015). She earned her Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2008. Her research focuses on organizational compliance with regulations and ethical expectations, examining how professions and expertise shape compliance within and across organizations.
